Couples (married or unmarried)
|
The
emphasis is on learning to listen non defensively to the other person,
speaking for oneself, becoming more empathic, less judgmental, and not
interpreting for the other person. Couples are encouraged to set
specific goals at the onset of therapy. They are ready to terminate
therapy when these goals have been achieved.
